Our oil is cold-extracted by centrifugation to preserve its quality: the olive paste from grinding is never heated. After laboratory analysis, our oils are classified as extra virgin. The short time between harvest and extraction ensures an oil of exceptional quality.
For fully matured walnuts, the quick transition from harvest to drying ensures a walnut with a sublime taste.
